Stefani Bradley joined Dutel Law Firm in August of 2019 and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in October 2019. Stefani’s practice focuses primarily on succession litigation, wills, trusts, and estate planning, business law and litigation, and business formation.
Stefani completed her Juris Doctor along with a Certificate in Sports Law from Tulane University Law School, where she was an active member of the Sports Law Society and Co-Chairman of the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition. She received a Law Excellence Award for the highest grade in Sports Law – Intellectual Property & International Law and Trial Advocacy. She served as Managing Editor for The Sports Lawyers Journal and interned for baseball agency Independent Sports & Entertainment (ISE) in Chicago. Stefani also volunteered with Louisiana Special Olympics.
Stefani received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her Honors Program Thesis focused on the history of litigation involving the NCAA and student-athletes’ amateur status. Prior to attending law school, Stefani worked for the Nebraska State Unicameral Legislature.
Stefani is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Louisiana Supreme Court and all Louisiana state courts.
