Sean D. Parke

Sean joined Dutel Law Firm in April, 2017 and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in December of 2016. Sean’s practice focuses primarily on business law and litigation, business formation, succession litigation, wills, trusts, and estate planning.

While at Loyola University New Orleans – College of Law, Sean received the Law Excellence Award for receiving the highest grade in both Constitutional Criminal Procedure and Real Estate Transactions. Additionally, Sean was a member of Loyola’s Tax Law Society and participated in the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in which he assisted numerous clients in preparing and filing various individual income tax forms.

Sean completed his undergraduate education at Louisiana State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Prior to attending law school Sean was a Petroleum Landman where he conducted extensive title research and negotiated several mineral leases. Sean is a member of the Saint Paul’s High School Alumni Association.

Sean is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Louisiana Supreme Court and all other Louisiana State Courts.
